"King Colis a scam, there were steel wheels to make the package heavier"

Dear MilanoToday editorial staff, why did you give visibility to the initiative of these people at Merlata Bloom? A fraud artfully organized, and above all legalized. Disgusting and useless articles, prepared and seen by them, and put in their envelopes. These people are all too aware of what they prepare for events, or send home. The real lost package has a label, and must only have the address crossed out with a permanent marker. The rare packages that these people palm off on you are opened, looked at and closed again. They are certainly items purchased at a low price, or that they received as a gift because they were about to be destroyed. Here there is nothing by chance, but everything is prepared down to the smallest details. They palm off this disgusting thing on you, and make you pay a lot for it. The thing that makes me angry is that they always look for excuses. They sent my brother home some heavy and useless steel wheels, just to make the package weigh more.

Dear Marco, thank you for your testimony. We reported, before the initiative, several negative reviews in King Colis passages in other Italian cities. Many others, we must admit, were actually positive. We were at Merlata Bloom: in our test, indeed, for a few euros valuable electronic objects were found. Amazon has "distanced" itself from the French start-up; the doubts about the origin of the packages are many and - to date - not fully resolved. We will follow the next sessions and see how it evolves.
